Exceptional Rental Sales Agent Wanted - Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service and Maximize Revenue

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rental Process Management: Handle reservations, process rental agreements with precision, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Welcome every customer with respect, provide exceptional service from start to finish, and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Sales Opportunities: Proactively offer additional products and services, such as coverage options, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas, and more, to enhance the rental experience and maximize revenue.
  • Effective Communication: Utilize open-ended questions, highlight product features and benefits, and skillfully address customer concerns to build rapport and close sales.
  • Operational Compliance: Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth transactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Add-On Services: Identify opportunities to offer customers additional services that can elevate their rental experience.
  • Service Excellence: Provide unmatched service quality, ensuring full customer satisfaction throughout the rental process.
  • Support Branch Operations: Assist management in performing additional duties as required to support branch operations.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product Expertise: Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate professionally and build rapport with customers.
  • Sales Focus: A sales-driven attitude with a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding targets.
