Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?

  • Recibir a los clientes y ofrecer una atención acorde a los estándares de la marca.
  • Asesorar a los clientes, gestionando su reserva con agilidad y transmitiendo energía positiva, garantizando un buen servicio.
  • Vender productos adicionales que complementen la experiencia de los clientes.
  • Revisar los vehículos a la finalización del alquiler, cerrando la experiencia del cliente de forma positiva para fidelizarlos.
  • Aportar ideas y trabajar en equipo, garantizando un ambiente laboral positivo y acogedor.
  • Trabajar en una marca líder en el sector Rent a Car, dentro de un grupo empresarial con más de 1.500 empleados.
  • Posibilidad de desarrollo profesional, tanto dentro de Avis como en las diferentes empresas del grupo.
  • Mentorización y formación continua.
  • Horario a turnos : rotativos de mañana y tarde.
  • Salario fijo + incentivos por venta de productos adicionales.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en puestos similares.
  • Buen manejo de aplicaciones informáticas (correo electrónico, hojas de cálculo, etc.) y entornos digitales.
  • Permiso de conducir B imprescindible .
