Proarcai is a leader in innovative solutions and products.

We are seeking a Mechanical Support Engineer to expand our sales activities and technical support in Spain, specifically in Barcelona.

The successful candidate will be a Mechanical/Industrial Engineer with experience in technical, administrative, supply chain, and sales support of products related to transmission fields, including bearings, gearboxes, motors, machine components, and linear motion systems.

This role involves preparation of quotations for calculated systems and special parts, qualification of special requests, order management, coordination of technical complaints, customer visits, after-sales support, trade exhibitions, and other marketing events.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, high computer literacy, and the ability to communicate in English both written and spoken.

This position requires continuous training and support from Proarcai's Head Office Technical, Administrative, Supply Chain, and Sales Departments.
