Responsibilities
Lead internal projects; manage, coordinate, and supervise the design team.
Develop and oversee project design, contributing ideas, knowledge, and analyzing for improvements and innovation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with client standards and requirements.
Manage and communicate with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
Communicate progress and challenges.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (mechanical specialization), or similar.
Extensive experience in the design and calculation of mechanical installations such as HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, drainage, gases, and air systems.
Experience in Data Centres or Life Sciences sectors.
Leadership and excellent communication skills.
Advanced level of English.
