En Reig Jofre estamos buscando a un/a Técnico/a de Supply Chain Planner dentro del área de Global Supply Unit, para que pueda contribuir a los diferentes proyectos que estamos desarrollando en el área corporativa ubicada en Sant Joan Despí.

Su misión principal será la de controlar el stock, ventas y previsiones de ventas de nuestras filiales así como la de acompañar y facilitar cualquier acción necesaria para la correcta gestión de las mismas.

Funciones:

  • Asegurar el correcto control de los stocks y ventas de las filiales.
  • Garantizar un control de cantidades y entregas de productos y realizar seguimiento de las mismas.
  • Realizar una revisión del forecast y apoyo en preparación de Budget de ventas.
  • Colaborar con los distintos Country Managers y miembros del área de negocio para acompañar oportunidades dentro del mercado.
  • Mantener una relación constante con las distintas filiales de la compañía.
  • Elaboración de planes de producción de acuerdo con la demanda del mercado y previsión de ventas.
  • Coordinación con los equipos de producción para asegurar la disponibilidad de capacidad de producción y recursos (humanos y materiales), así como el cumplimiento de los plazos comprometidos.
  • Optimizar los niveles de stock según las necesidades de producción.
  • Coordinación con departamento de comparas para garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales a medio y largo plazo.
  • Analizar las previsiones de venta y coordinar tanto la información como la visión del equipo comercial sobre la evolución del mercado para traducirlo a una planificación de la demanda.

Aptitudes y experiencia requeridas:

  • Grado o Licenciatura en Economía, empresariales o similares.
  • Muy valorable Máster o Cursos Superiores en Supply Chain o logística o similares.
  • Experiencia realizando funciones similares en el sector industrial.
  • Valorable experiencia previa en industria farmacéutica.
  • Valorable conocimiento en SAP y Navision.
  • Nivel alto de Excel.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas y analíticas.
