JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Global Supply Chain is a network of more than 300 manufacturing plants, distribution centres and other facilities designed and located to support our direct sales, marketing and distribution activities. We are seeking a Demand Planner, who will report to the Associate Manager or Manager. Will manage a medium product portfolio, network, or division. As the Demand Planner, you will be accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to ensure customer requirements are met through S&OP, Mid-Long Term Capacity Planning, or Material Resolution. You will act as a liaison between production and various other internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in export countries to incorporate current and long-term demand plans into the demand plan for export.
- Facilitate communication between local export countries and European planning to ensure processes are followed.
- Partner with Marketing and Divisional Planners to incorporate new product introductions, product conversions, and deactivations into the plan.
- Utilize exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues for correction.
- Monitor the demand plan performance by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels and prepare performance metrics for continuous improvement feedback.
- Intermediate problem identification/solving and navigating ambiguous situations.
- Utilize project management skills to lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Apply knowledge of business and the markets to improve service and inventory through accurate forecasting.
- Build internal/external partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Design and establish new processes or solutions to drive value through increased efficiency or performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study.
- 2 years of work experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing or a related analytical discipline.
- Significant experience with ERPs, advanced planning systems, analytical or equivalent software.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
- A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability for using a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced technical or business degree, MBA preferred.
- Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
- APICS Certification.
