As industries increasingly adopt edge computing solutions, our client is positioned at the forefront, providing a cutting-edge platform that streamlines operations for Tier 1 enterprises across multiple sectors. With a growing customer base and ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales function, drive revenue growth, and prepare the company for its next stage of commercial acceleration.

Role Overview:

The Head of Sales will be a key player in executing the company's go-to-market strategy, managing and expanding the sales team, and securing high-value enterprise deals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in enterprise software sales, experienced in navigating complex sales cycles, and skilled in building strategic customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across existing and new markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and structured revenue-oriented processes from lead generation to post-sales.
  • Engage enterprise clients and strategic partners, identifying key business opportunities and closing high-value deals.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and optimize the customer journey.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine and strengthen the company's sales approach.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance, metrics, and forecasts to the leadership team.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong background in selling complex software solutions in deep tech, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience, building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, a technical background with strong commercial expertise.
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required) to engage with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
