Adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies, S/He is responsible to structure the program, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise. Takes accountability for execution of projects part execution. As part of this, is responsible to manage program level risks, quality and procurement; leads the program team and is the person that program level resources report directly to for the execution of the program tasks they are allocated.
