The Marketing and Communications Team is looking for a Program Manager to join it’s Marketing Enablement Team. The team is dedicated in setting up our fellow B2B Marketers for success through continuous improvements, process development, strategic planning and change management. We also provide project management support on complex or cross functional projects. **What you will do**: Every day can be different when you are a Marketing Enablement Program Manager, and it is a great opportunity to collaborate with all the Marketing & Communications specialists all around the world. Typical activities include: Getting support and approval for new initiatives and leading the way through implementation and adoption of change. - You will find yourself preparing business cases for investment, and helping to optimise our spending for the best return on existing investments - You will research and guide the teams on process best practice, removing bottle necks and inefficiency - Working with the wider Criteo transformation office as a representative for Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment with our company wide transformation - You will build and manage relationships with marketers from across our partners, working collaborative on co-marketing & joint programs. - Working closely with our Marketing Operations team to ensure that our technology and end to end business processes complement each other and are well adopted. - Holding workshops across the teams to solve issues and test the solutions - feedback is key If you have a passion for innovation, planning, problem solving and enjoy collaboration then this role is perfect for you. **Who you are**: - You have 2-3 years experience in a program or project manager role - You are strategic and proactive - You love finding creative solutions to challenges - You have experience in project management and prioritization - Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills - You’ve worked closely with B2B Marketing teams - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including monitoring project budgets and benefits - Fluent English spoken and written (you will be working in English) - You have worked in an international environment and in cross-functional teams And added benefit would be to have a relevant project/process management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma At Criteo, we are committed to creating an environment where all Criteos feel a sense of belonging.
