Como Product Manager serás una pieza clave dentro del grupo de Marketing de Producto en Teltronic. Ofrecemos un entorno de trabajo colaborativo donde junto con el resto del equipo de Product Managers, ayudarás a desarrollar la hoja de ruta del porfolio de servicios de la compañía.
Como función general, el Product Manager es responsable del producto en todo su ciclo de vida, así como del éxito y rentabilidad de este durante su comercialización, trabajando estrechamente con las funciones de Ventas, Ofertas, I+D y Marketing. El producto que gestionar en este caso es el porfolio de servicios de Teltronic, el cual es una pieza clave dentro de la propuesta de la compañía en sus diversas oportunidades de negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar la definición y transformación de la estrategia del porfolio de servicios de Teltronic.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de los servicios, desde la concepción hasta el lanzamiento y ejecución.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo marketing, ventas, desarrollo y soporte, para asegurar la alineación y el éxito del producto.
- Poner en valor las ventajas competitivas de Teltronic frente a las necesidades y demandas del mercado, elaborando argumentario comercial y material de marketing asociado para las fases de preventa.
- Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia, así como retroalimentación de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora.
- Monitorear y reportar el rendimiento del producto, utilizando métricas clave para guiar las decisiones estratégicas.
- Formar al equipo de Ventas y preventa a nivel global en el nuevo porfolio de servicios.
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para todas las cuestiones relacionadas con el porfolio de servicios.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia como Product Manager, preferiblemente en la gestión de servicios.
- Capacidad de escucha en interlocución con áreas técnicas y clientes finales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Conocimiento de tendencias de la industria y modelos de negocio.
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
Valorable:
- Experiencia previa en la definición de modelos de negocio AaS, incluyendo la creación de estrategias de licenciamiento, gestión de relaciones con los clientes y optimización de ingresos recurrentes.
- Conocimiento de tecnologías y estándares de comunicación 4G/5G.
