As a Account Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong relationships with our customers in either the OSR or FSR channel. Your responsibilities will include: Managing key accounts and driving the current customer portfolio. Developing product engagements and projects with assigned customers. Owning the entire value chain from idea conception to supply and planning. Conducting price negotiations and A&R control to ensure profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions. What We Expect from You: High work ethic and integrity Reliability and accountability Strong interpersonal and good facilitation skills Several years of experience in a similar role within the foodservice or retail industry Experience within chilled or frozen food products preferred. Understanding of the customer journey and the importance of long-term relationships. Ability to inspire and guide customers to grow their business.
