Oracle Project Manager en Guadalajara.
The Project Manager to help support delivery on an end-to-end Oracle implementation in Spain. You will join a highly qualified and experienced team to help us with these changes.

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience across Oracle ERP/SCM modules and have Spanish language fluency.

The role
Manage full life cycle from design through to testing phases aligned to Oracle SaaS solutions
Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation and support phases.
Drive and assist in developing or aligning business processes to Oracle inherent best practices and product capabilities
Lead and drive discovery workshops CRP s solution design workshops and document outcomes to form a solution design document
Assist client with the vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
Take ownership of the System Configuration configuration workbooks (config workbooks BF160) and define configuration by module
Have good understanding of and how to address typical Non-Functional requirements
Develop Functional specifications for integrations
Evaluate customer s business requirements needs objectives and transform/align to a SaaS Solution by module
Analyse and solve complex customer issues related to data configurations and business processes.
Provide advice and guidance to map data from source to Oracle SaaS module
Have a particularly good understanding the Oracle data model validation rules and transformation by module assist the customer with mapping the data
Lead design activities defining requirements testing and provide direction to customers and junior consultants.
Must be able to use standard data Oracle data migration tools sets FBDI and OCDI (Oracle Cloud Data Integrator)
Develop system centric training materials for Super Users or Trainers
Develop module specific test scripts for testing phases and assist the customer to define UAT test scenarios
Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
Engage in project coordination leading the functional team(s) assist with detailed planning and execute tasks during cutover to live
Assist with developing a Train the Trainer programme to be delivered at handover for the client including production of materials
Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
- Significant knowledge of ERP and SCM in the Oracle Fusion product set as well as Oracle Infrastructure Cloud components (OIC DBCS IDCS)
- Current Oracle Cloud Certification is desired
- Enterprise Service Management tools
- Business Analyst
- Spanish Fluency
- Prince2 APM Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
