We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and implementing effective financial controls. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills. You will handle the monthly reporting to Corporate, yearly audit review with the external auditors, and provide trustworthy information about financial records.

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting function of general ledger and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes in accordance with Group Accounting policy.
• Perform year-end accrual review and prepare the tax provision.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.
• Liaise with Corporate Finance Team to improve financial procedures.
• Suggest technical improvements of the current system to the Corporate Finance Team.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting and reporting experience in an international company.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards under IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
