About Us
At Private Client Consultancy, we specialize in wealth management and financial planning, helping clients make informed decisions about their future. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Trainer & Coach to develop and enhance the skills of our sales team.
Responsibilities- Induction & Onboarding Training
- Design the full induction course, ensuring new consultants receive structured and effective onboarding.
- Develop engaging training sessions to cover key sales techniques, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Train new inductees to achieve a competent standard within one month of joining.
- Create role-plays and technical assessments to evaluate new consultants' readiness and practical application of training.
- Maintain CPD (Continuous Professional Development) records to document and validate all training conducted.
- Brief sales managers on key development points for each inductee to align expectations and support growth.
- Coach, train, and improve performance of existing consultants, enhancing their sales effectiveness.
- Agree on quarterly development plans with each consultant and their manager to ensure targeted skill growth.
- Conduct group and individual training to address skill gaps, improve sales techniques, and boost productivity.
- Provide technical training to support consultants in passing industry exams and maintaining professional competency.
- Assess all training programs annually to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or Sales Coach, ideally in finance, real estate, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of sales psychology, objection handling, and consultative selling techniques.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with KPIs and data-driven performance improvement.
- Experience with training design, development, and delivery.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Mijas Costa.
