Responsabilità principali :
- Gestione delle richieste commerciali e tecniche da parte dei clienti, offrendo consulenza sui prodotti e soluzioni più adatte.
- Sviluppo e mantenimento delle relazioni con clienti esistenti e potenziali, con l'obiettivo di ampliare il portafoglio e consolidare le partnership.
- Preparazione e follow-up di offerte commerciali, monitoraggio degli ordini e gestione delle tempistiche di consegna.
- Collaborazione con il team tecnico per fornire un supporto completo su soluzioni di sicurezza anti-intrusione.
- Monitoraggio delle tendenze di mercato e aggiornamento continuo sui prodotti e innovazioni nel settore.
Competenze ed esperienza :
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Inside Sales, preferibilmente nel settore della sicurezza, elettronica o componentistica.
- Conoscenza del settore componenti per sistemi anti-intrusione (preferibile ma non essenziale).
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con forte orientamento al cliente.
- Capacità di gestire trattative commerciali e di lavorare in modo autonomo.
- Familiarità con i principali strumenti informatici (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office).
