Sociedad Textil Lonia (STL)

Sociedad Textil Lonia precisa incorporar en su sede central de Ourense un/a Project Manager con experiencia en Retail para su Departamento de Arquitectura. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar los proyectos en los distintos puntos de venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos de apertura y los estándares de calidad establecidos.

Funciones:
  1. Seguimiento de las obras en los puntos de venta para garantizar el correcto desarrollo del proyecto.
  2. Resolución de dudas de las constructoras externas.
  3. Actualización de los plannings de trabajo para garantizar los plazos de entrega.
  4. Elaboración de documentación técnica para apoyar a los constructores.
  5. Asegurar los tiempos de llegada de los envíos de material.
  6. Preparación y envío de muestras a las diferentes constructoras.
  7. Validación de los proyectos antes de su fabricación.
  8. Gestión del proceso de licitación de proyectos.
Requisitos Mínimos:
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en puesto similar.
  • Experiencia previa o conocimiento de Revit / BIM.
  • Disponibilidad para residir en Ourense.
  • Imprescindible adjuntar CV para consideración.
Formación e Idiomas:
  • Formación técnica en Arquitectura.
  • Se valorará positivamente formación adicional en Interiorismo/Retail.
  • Inglés nivel alto.
