OUR OPPORTUNITY :

At Elkanodata, we're in search of a dynamic, well-organized, and determined Business Development and Administrative Assistant to provide top-level assistance to high-level executives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

You'll work alongside the management team, reporting directly to the Sales & Creative Director and the COO to lead our agency to higher heights and deeper depths. As Elkanodata's Management Team's Assistant, you will be providing support to different areas of work in collaboration with the team on:

SALES

  1. Assist in identifying, connecting, and following up with new opportunities, prospects, potential new clients, and collaborators through different communication channels in order to reach the monthly/quarterly new client objectives and KPIs.
  2. Prospecting new leads on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to convert into new clients.
  3. Prepare project briefings quickly and accurately and review/filter the information included in them in order to share them with the project team.
  4. Provide general support to the Sales & Creative Director in the preparation of new proposals (RFQ/RFP), pricing quotes for services, and sales presentations.
  5. Attend calls with international clients, both individually and together with the Sales & Creative Director, support preparing minutes of the meeting and following up with communications.
  6. Follow-up on open opportunities and update the CRM (Excel) with the latest data and information.
  7. Support with different tasks and contribute with new ideas to ensure the sales goals are met and that the roster of clients is consistently expanding.
  8. Engage with clients remotely in order to build strong relationships and help support their creative and strategic needs with new project ideas.

ADMINISTRATION

  1. Following up with clients, ensuring payments are received on time.
  2. Supporting Finance in the bookkeeping of invoices received and issued.
  3. Preparing service agreements with freelancers.
  4. Be in direct contact with external collaborators when needed (CTA, lawyers, contractors).
  5. Logistics support (agendas coordination, booking flights and accommodation).
  6. Daily general support.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

We'd love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

  1. Hold a degree in Business Economics, Business Development, Business Administration, or other related studies.
  2. Have a very strong attention to detail and are goal-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  3. Be highly organized and decisive with excellent analytical and teamwork/collaborative skills.
  4. Experience with start-up environments and multi-tasking.

In addition to this, it's nice (not a requirement) if you have:

  1. Experience working in a Sales or Business Development department, or in a Finance department.
  2. Experience or interest in creative digital design studios.
  3. Interest in social and relevant causes, such as LGBTIQ+ rights, gender equality, climate action, universal health access, and poverty prevention, among others.
  4. Having collaborated with NGOs, purpose-driven organizations, or worked on projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals.

WHAT WE OFFER :

Seniority level: Junior

Contract type: Employment (temporary, converting to indefinite contract after the probation period)

Dedication: Part-time (extendable to Full-time)

Starting Date: April 2025
