We are looking for a Digital Program Manager - Supply and Demand Planning to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Strategy and Tech Team.

Position Snapshot:

  • Location: Nespresso Hub, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Type of Contract: Permanent.
  • Type of work: Hybrid.
  • Work Language: Fluent Business English.

The Role:

As a Digital Program Manager - Supply and Demand Planning, you will manage a Business Transformation Program for the Nespresso Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning, setting the technical foundations for the future Nespresso IT ecosystem. Your responsibilities include program structuring, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring program integrity and quality.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Establish program structure and implement agile project methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams related to re-platforming programs, including business operating model transformation, governance, technical re-platforming, and user experience.
  • Ensure program success according to defined criteria.
  • Establish governance and secure executive sponsorship.
  • Manage project interdependencies and external suppliers.
  • Develop and execute a milestones-based program plan.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting.
  • Manage the program budget and monitor progress and risks.
  • Conduct reviews with sponsors and stakeholders, and measure success.
  • Close the program and manage team resources aligned with company values.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in Digital/IT and consumer industry experience.
  • 5-7 years in leadership roles managing major projects, including agile methodologies.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning digital transformations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in global and virtual team environments.
  • Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Familiarity with Procurement and Portfolio Management.
  • Knowledge of Nespresso's organizational structure and systems like OMP, Order Management, and Transport Management Systems.
