Digital Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a Digital Portfolio Manager to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Strategy and Tech Team.

The Role

As a Digital Portfolio Manager, you will assume responsibility for supporting Digital Strategy and Technology leadership in overseeing, managing, and optimizing the entire lifecycle of all IT & Digital portfolios (investments, product groups, resources, projects, programs, and initiatives) to maximize value delivery and value for money.

The role provides a consolidated view of the project and product management portfolio strategy, investments, and timelines, and offers insights around achieving an optimized investment mix. You will establish governance and operations to generate insights about Portfolio Benefits Delivery aligned with Nespresso's strategic objectives. You will also advise on identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating resources, and making decisions across the portfolio.

In This Role, You Will:

• Promote Digital and Technology portfolio goals aligned with business strategies.
• Guide portfolio structuring and management best practices with periodic reviews.
• Monitor trends, forecast, recommend adjustments, and balance skills and budgets across teams.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with enterprise objectives and provide performance insights.
• Assess risks, create response plans, and report on financials and benefits.
• Establish governance frameworks for benefit realization and lead benefits reviews.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency of portfolio value and facilitate collaboration among leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and Product Managers.
• Define structure, manage demand, and oversee portfolio performance metrics.
• Develop performance reports, conduct governance meetings, and advise executives.
• Enable a collaborative, high-performing matrix organization.
• Align with Digital Strategy, promote an open culture, and foster innovation.
• Enhance organizational performance through empowerment, feedback, and recognition.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT and direct-to-consumer business/industry experience.
• 7-10 years of leadership roles across major IT projects and programs.
• Experience in Direct To Consumer Business (Digital Commerce, Retail).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, simplifying complex scenarios.
• Experience in strategic prioritization and governance initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis skills, proficiency in Excel.
• Consulting leadership experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience in global environments and virtual teams preferred.
