En Fideltour ayudamos a los hoteles a maximizar la rentabilidad de su canal directo. A través de estrategias de fidelización y tecnología, potenciamos la relación entre los hoteles y sus clientes, ayudándoles a reducir su dependencia de terceros y a construir relaciones sostenibles a largo plazo.

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos una persona apasionada por el entorno digital y el contenido web, con visión estética, atención al detalle y capacidad para ejecutar proyectos con precisión. Como Web & Content Executive, serás responsable de mantener y evolucionar nuestra web corporativa en WordPress, así como de crear y optimizar contenidos digitales que refuercen nuestro posicionamiento y propuesta de valor.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión y actualización de la web corporativa en WordPress: estructura, textos, imágenes y recursos.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora visual, funcional y de contenido de la web (en colaboración con proveedores externos y el equipo técnico).
  • Redacción y adaptación de textos para la web, landing pages y otros soportes digitales.
  • Creación y actualización de materiales digitales (documentación, recursos visuales, creatividades).
  • Asegurar la coherencia de la identidad visual y verbal de la marca en todos los activos digitales.
  • Coordinación con el equipo de marketing para alinear los contenidos web con las campañas y estrategias en marcha.
  • Mantenimiento y gestión básica de SEO on-page (no se requiere perfil técnico SEO avanzado).
  • Detección de oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia de usuario (UX) y propuesta de soluciones.

Requisitos

Qué buscamos
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de contenidos web o roles similares (mínimo 1 año).
  • Dominio de WordPress y gestión de sitios web en este entorno.
  • Buen criterio visual y sensibilidad estética.
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción y adaptación de mensajes a entornos digitales.
  • Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.
  • Proactividad, actitud resolutiva y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
  • Valorable conocimientos básicos de diseño (Figma, Canva o similares) y nociones de HTML/CSS.
