Acerca del puesto Senior Key Account Manager (TIC)

Buscamos un/a profesional experimentado/a para ocupar una posición estratégica como Senior Key Account Manager para consultora tecnológica especializada en TI. Esta es una oportunidad única para gestionar las cuentas más importantes de la compañía.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestionar y desarrollar las relaciones con las cuentas clave, especialmente con su cliente principal.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con CIO, jefes de proyecto y directores técnicos para identificar necesidades y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
  • Liderar estrategias de cross-selling y upselling para maximizar el valor de las cuentas.
  • Coordinar proyectos de transformación digital, incluyendo soluciones cloud, DevOps y outsourcing IT.
  • Colaborar con el Service Manager para asegurar una ejecución impecable de los proyectos.
  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas existentes.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave en el sector TI.
  • Experiencia previa en consultora tecnológica, preferiblemente con conocimiento del sector asegurador.
  • Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con altos directivos y equipos técnicos.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.
  • Proactividad, determinación y capacidad para generar confianza con los clientes.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Conocimientos en desarrollo de software, de cara a generar valor en todo momento.
  • Dominio del catalán y castellano. Inglés valorable.
