ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong background in hospitality to optimise revenue performance across our properties in Europe. This role is not finance-focused but instead requires expertise in hotel revenue management, pricing strategies, and market analysis . You will play a crucial role in driving top-line growth and ensuring revenue optimization across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities include :

  • This is a remote position, available only to candidates based in locations where we have an entity. We are currently considering applicants from the EU or the UK only.
  • Revenue Strategy & Performance : Own the top-line revenue performance for a cluster of properties, setting and executing long-term pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Pricing & Yield Management : Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and market conditions to make data-driven pricing decisions and optimize revenue.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis : Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and market dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Pre-Opening & Expansion Support : Develop and implement revenue strategies for newly launched properties and contribute insights on potential growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with the distribution, marketing, sales, and BI teams to align strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Conduct A / B tests on different pricing models, analyze results, and continuously improve revenue performance.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management within the hospitality / hotel industry (experience in finance-only roles will not be relevant for this position).
  • Education : Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Data Analytics, or a similar field .
  • Technical Skills : Strong understanding of PMS, CRS, OTA management, rate optimisation, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies .
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate complex data into clear revenue strategies and decision-making frameworks.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across departments and explain revenue concepts to different audiences.
  • Language : Fluency in English (C1 level) is required.
  • Proactiveness & Flexibility : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and take a hands-on approach when needed .
