Job OverviewThis position suits someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue Management Pricing and/or Distribution. The role involves delivering all aspects of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels to achieve budgeted revenue objectives. Responsibilities include pricing yield management and total revenue optimization requiring a strategic analytical and commercial mindset.
About the RoleThe business is an international hotel group with over 1000 hotels in operation and under development across APAC & EMEA.
Key Skills and QualificationsA successful candidate will have strong knowledge of market dynamics and hotel technology including Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS G3 or Duetto GC Hotel Reservation Systems (PMS / S&C) and Distribution Systems Channel Manager GDS CRS Distribution Connectivity Partners OTA Extranets. The role requires a balanced approach combining system understanding with commercial and operational needs. Excellent communication skills trust-building abilities with hotel and corporate stakeholders and the capacity to balance long-term strategic planning with short-term rate and volume optimization are essential. Strong analytical skills organization and attention to detail are also required. Proficiency in English is essential.
Job Responsibilities- Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to enhance revenue and RevPAR for the assigned portfolio.
- Implement effective pricing strategies and optimize inventory across all revenue streams and market segments.
- Utilize and optimize new systems and tools to maximize revenue.
- Extract and analyze data from relevant systems for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Area / Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned strategies.
- Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility.
