At GFT, we have an open position for someone willing to work as a QA Automation Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person interested in working in a new project with an international bank. Are you a pioneer?

We are searching for someone who has broad experience working as a QA Automation Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Technical Leadership: Capability to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Define and document the test strategy, including functional, non-regression, automated, acceptance, and end-to-end performance test plans.
  • Define and execute test cases.
  • Monitor and manage the overall progress of tests and communicate their status.
  • Apply effective quality assurance processes, managing all outcomes, risks, and issues.
  • Develop an end-to-end integrated functional test plan.
  • Develop a user acceptance test plan for the release.
  • Develop a performance test plan and support the creation of performance test scripts.

Skills will help you to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Good understanding of the banking industry.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks.
  • At least B2 level of English, written and spoken.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills / investigating skills on technical matters.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.
  • Proactive.
  • Good coaching skills.
  • Communication skills, favoring dynamics that allow the flow of knowledge, with an interest in both learning and teaching.
  • Proactivity in the search for new solutions and improvements.
  • Teamwork.
  • Fluent in HTML5 / CSS3.
  • Good understanding of JUnit, Serenity, Cucumber, Mockito, or other Java-based automatic testing frameworks.
  • Experience with Postman.
  • Good understanding of Java and API programming (Endpoints).
  • Good understanding of CI / CD processes.
  • Deployment technologies such as versioning tools (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Continuous integration experience including automated testing setup.
  • Project tracking and documentation (Atlassian Jira / Confluence).
  • Analysis of monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch to ensure the quality of applications / root cause analysis detection.
