The Country Managing Director in Spain will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ABB Schweiz AG's sales organization. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the success of our sales organization in Spain and Portugal.
Key Requirements- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, working as a senior leader in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in leadership roles, preferably as a Country Manager, Business Unit manager or similar position.
- Proven leadership skills in developing organizations, teams, and individuals, coupled with outstanding analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Automation with experience in selling and supporting technical product sales and technical solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the market dynamics within the country.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, adept at building high-performance teams, with a strategic mindset, customer orientation, and demonstrated experience in developing strategies and business plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share.
