Job Summary, Head Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head Sales Associate to join our permanent Varsity Headwear pop-up at Forum Marbella. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in premium or high-end retail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires an outgoing, proactive individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and can effectively represent Varsity Headwear's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers in a warm, professional manner, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  2. Drive sales by showcasing the brand's story, craftsmanship, and premium quality.
  3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
  4. Handle transactions efficiently and manage stock levels.
  5. Support marketing and promotional initiatives related to the pop-up.
  6. Represent Varsity Headwear and Forum Marbella with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Experience

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in premium or high-end retail.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong understanding of customer service excellence in a high-end retail environment.

Skills and Attributes

  1. Extroverted and personable – enjoys interacting with people and creating meaningful connections with customers.
  2. Multilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Scandinavian languages or other languages is highly valued.
  3. Sales-driven and proactive, with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  5. Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied hours, including weekends.
