We are currently managing a Head of Sales role for a biotech company that is scaling up their commercial department
We are looking for a sales leader with strong knowledge in both business development and biotechnology that will help drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the biotech sector.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers.
- Identify and prioritize new markets and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Business, or related fields. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
