We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Assistant Fellow to join our Spanish Commercial team. The successful candidate will join our growing Commercial team, take on a wide range of responsibilities, and play an integral role in supporting our commercial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, commercially minded individual who is eager to gain experience and progress their career.
As an Intern supporting the Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities. You will provide administrative and operational support, assist in managing customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our sales and marketing initiatives.
The selected individual will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Support the Commercial Coordinator in daily administrative tasks, including order data management, documentation and forms processing, backorder tracking, consignments reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, customer documentation, and other commercial materials.
- Manage and update customer data systems, ensuring accuracy in customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate internal meetings and events.
- Handle communication with customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and good level of English. Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of OAC, JDE and advanced level of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience or interest in sales or commercial roles is a plus.
