Estamos à procura da nova estrela para a nossa equipa como ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Estamos a abrir mercado em PORTUGAL Para isso, precisamos das tuas competências em vendas e de um nível de português fluente para nos ajudar a alcançar o próximo nível.

Somos a Sesame HR, a solução digital que ajuda equipas de Recursos Humanos, gestores e empresas a otimizar os processos de gestão de pessoal, centralizando-os numa única plataforma.

O que esperamos de ti?

Para nós, é fundamental que:

  • Tenhas facilidade e interesse em aprender coisas novas, bem como uma necessidade vital de melhorar as coisas e questionar o estado atual da ferramenta;
  • Saibas trabalhar em equipa, comunicar e expressar-te;
  • Brilhes pela tua capacidade de adaptação a mudanças. Somos uma startup, por isso… há muitas reviravoltas

Como Account Executive, é indispensável que tenhas:

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos num cargo semelhante ao descrito na oferta;
  • Experiência na utilização de CRM de vendas: Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce ou similar;
  • Fluência em português e inglês;
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em vendas de software ou produtos digitais;
  • Altas capacidades de comunicação e empatia;
  • Atitude proativa e resolutiva.

O que vais fazer na Sesame?

  • Realizar demonstrações do produto;
  • Analisar as necessidades específicas do cliente;
  • Negociar e coordenar o processo de integração com a equipa de account management.
