Scope & Responsibilities

We are currently focused on the Self-Service or Unattended business, like - but not limited to - vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations…. You will manage the most important clients for the company and make sure we cover their needs and decide to keep growing with us.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Frekuent clients, understanding their needs, building engagement and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your client portfolio.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of clients to Frekuent solutions: coordinating with sales and technical teams.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Give the best support to our partners and improve operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on management of projects to ensure timely and successful implementations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and preempt potential issues.
  • Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Lead project implementation and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends.

Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, leading internet companies
  • At least 2 year of proven track record in high-performance account management / business consultancy / sales.
  • Skilled at navigating high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and delivering results
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
  • Strong Commercial skill and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A problem solver with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Native in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Other languages such as Italian, Portuguese, or French are a plus.
