Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects focused on MDM and analytics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress against these plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.
- Drive the development and deployment of analytics solutions, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices in MDM and analytics.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on MDM and analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data quality management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e. g. , SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
