The Veeva Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Veeva CRM solutions in LATAM and South Asian markets. This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The Project Manager will work closely with the core team, cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and country stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
  1. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  2. Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and methodologies.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
Client Relationship Management:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for country stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Understand client business requirements and translate them into user stories addressed to the delivery team.
  3. Manage country and core team expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Have a strong understanding of Veeva Systems' software solutions, including Vault promomat, align, Network and CRM.
  6. Apply Veeva best practices and methodologies to project implementations.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  1. Lead and motivate project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  2. Coordinate and manage the work of cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business analysts.
  3. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Risk and Change Management:
  1. Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  2. Manage project changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
  1. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence would be appreciated.
  2. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
