Buscamos a alguien para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de sourcing, para trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Marketing, Creativo, Comunicación, Comercial, Logística y Compras.

  • Desarrollo de los productos Byphasse.
  • Plan de seguimiento y análisis de los productos existentes y los nuevos productos.
  • Relación y negociación con los proveedores actuales y futuros.
  • Minimizar costes.
  • Coordinar todos los equipos internos y externos involucrados en el desarrollo de un nuevo producto para asegurar que su lanzamiento llegue correctamente a tiempo.
  • Liderar los proyectos de lanzamientos de productos de principio a fin.
  • Análisis de la competencia para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés, valorable francés.
  • 5 años de experiencia en roles similares.
  • Formación Universitaria, Licenciado en Comercio Internacional, ESADE o similar.
  • Valorable experiencia previa en desarrollo de marca blanca o similar de gran consumo.
  • Vocación apasionada e impulsora del desarrollo de producto.
  • Profesional del sector, acostumbrado y cómodo en negociación.
  • Actitud positiva y trabajo en equipo.

Salario competitivo (a partir de 45K brutos anuales según experiencia) + bonus.
