Vonage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our customer relationship management (CRM) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionalities.
About the PositionThis key contributor will oversee the overall Business Support System/Operations Support System (BSS/OSS) product strategy with a focus on customer management and onboarding/provisioning processes.
Main Responsibilities- The successful candidate will manage the BSS Product roadmap balancing internal and external customer needs with internal platform demands;
- Experience in integrating complex 3rd party Enterprise CRM systems and Business Support Systems (BSS) systems is required;
- Discover, analyze, and document customer requirements;
- Work closely with Engineering teams to oversee the delivery of new features and products;
- Integrate user and customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plans;
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualifications are necessary;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant sector and function;
- Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience or Senior Business Analyst experience;
- Previous software development experience is essential at some point in your career;
- Previous experience in BSS/OSS Digital Transformation programs is highly valued;
- A Master's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management is advantageous;
- A consistent track record of working on and delivering complex multi-stream projects;
- Significant experience in discovering, analyzing, and capturing business requirements;
- Some experience with Agile methodologies and tools is beneficial;
- A highly analytical mindset and ability to influence others through facts, insights, and great presentation skills;
- Self-awareness and confidence in the unique blend of technology, market, business, and relevant domain skills you bring to the table and how you want to develop as a leader;
- A learning mindset: not constrained to using only one set of technologies from previous experience; open to different methods to achieve business goals;
