German Speaking Account Manager (Hybrid) Girona

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven German-Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona for an exciting Google Project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work with one of the world's leading technology companies, managing client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling Google products and solutions.
  3. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultation and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and product solutions.
  6. Stay up to date with Google's latest products, features, and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  7. Conduct business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  8. Handle client inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
  9. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive client success.
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2+ level).
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in account management, business development, or inside sales.
  3. Experience working with digital marketing, advertising, or tech products is a plus.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
  6. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to account management.
  8. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
