QUÉ HARÁS?
- Diseñar, implementar y hacer el seguimiento de estrategias avanzadas de Revenue Management que maximicen los ingresos y la rentabilidad de las propiedades.
- Realizar los análisis, forecasting, pricing y generar reportes de rendimiento con un enfoque crítico y orientado a resultados.
- Optimizar la distribución online, configurando y gestionando distintos sistemas (PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, etc.).
- Mantener una comunicación fluida y proactiva con los equipos directivos y operativos de cada propiedad para garantizar la alineación estratégica y la implementación eficaz de las acciones.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el resto del equipo de OnPace Hospitality en sus distintas áreas de actividad, intercambiando conocimientos, estrategias y mejores prácticas para potenciar los resultados colectivos.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, impulsar la innovación y estar siempre en búsqueda de la mejora continua.

QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Revenue Management.
- Se valorará positivamente experiencia en roles de Front Office y / o Reservas en hoteles de 5 o propiedades de lujo.
- Nivel de inglés profesional fluido, imprescindible para la comunicación con clientes internacionales.
- Capacidad de pensar a largo plazo, con una mentalidad estratégica para tomar decisiones fundamentadas y transmitir ideas complejas de forma clara.
- Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office, se valorarán conocimientos en PowerBI.
- Se valorará experiencia con múltiples PMS (Opera, Protel, Mews, Ulysses) y Channel Managers (SiteMinder, D-Edge).
- Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores.
