Buscamos Rental Sales Agent para completar nuestro equipo, personas motivadas y comprometidas que quieran crecer en el sector del Rent a Car.
¿Cuáles serían tus RESPONSABILIDADES?
- Recibir a los clientes y ofrecer una atención acorde a los estándares de la marca.
- Asesorar a los clientes, gestionando su reserva con agilidad y transmitiendo energía positiva, garantizando un buen servicio.
- Vender productos adicionales que complementen la experiencia de los clientes.
- Revisar los vehículos a la finalización del alquiler, cerrando la experiencia del cliente de forma positiva con el fin de fidelizarles.
- Aportar tus ideas y trabajar en equipo, garantizando un ambiente laboral positivo y acogedor.
¿Qué te OFRECEMOS?
- Trabajar en una marca líder en el sector Rent a Car, dentro de un grupo empresarial con más de 1.500 empleados.
- Posibilidad de desarrollo profesional, tanto dentro de Avis como dentro de las diferentes empresas del grupo.
- Mentorización y formación continua.
- Jornada completa (40 horas/semana).
- Horario a turnos: rotativos de mañana y tarde.
- Salario fijo + incentivos por venta de productos adicionales.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Ciclo de Grado Medio/Superior o Titulación Universitaria.
- Nivel de Inglés medio-alto.
- Experiencia de al menos 1 año en puestos similares.
- Buen manejo de aplicaciones informáticas (correo electrónico, hojas de cálculo, etc.) y entornos digitales.
- Imprescindible permiso de conducir B.
