What's your Mission?
- Collaborate effectively: Work collaboratively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally.
- Customer-centric approach: Empathize with customer needs, analyse their issues, and provide personalized solutions.
- Omnichannel support: Deliver seamless customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Product expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our client's products and services.

Your Experience, Our Future
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and spelling.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
- Strong Administrative & Analytical Skills:
Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.
Your Benefits Package
- Start Date: 13th August 2025
- Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- Position: Customer Support Agent
- Hours: 35 h/week
- Work Schedule: Rotative shift betweenMonday to Sunday, between 3:00 pm to12:00 am
- Salary: 17,051€ gross per year
- Night Rates: 1,90€ gross extra per hour between 10:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Holidays: 2 accrued days per month
- Work Model: Office working
- Training: 2 weeks of office based training, Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 10:00pm
- Office Location:
Barcelona (La Sagrera)
