🔍 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

En este momento estamos inmersxs en pleno proceso de crecimiento y expansión y por ello, estamos buscando que se incorpore a #OKTeam en nuestra sede corporativa ubicada en Palma de Mallorca un/a Commercial Administrative del departamento de Purchase, cuya misión será gestionar y dar seguimiento a todo el proceso administrativo derivado de la adquisición de vehículos.

Tareas

💼 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Gestión con proveedores: velar por mantener una relación de calidad y confianza con los proveedores, así como dar asegurar la actualización de todo lo relacionado con la ficha del proveedor.
  • Validación del proceso de facturación a los distintos proveedores.
  • Seguimiento del proceso de entrega de los vehículos por parte de los proveedores: fechas de entrega, precios, bastidores, así como otra información relevante.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del acuerdo de pago con los proveedores.
  • Asegurar el envío y recepción de la documentación de la flota de vehículos.
  • Gestión documental derivada de la adquisición y registro de los vehículos.
Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué necesitas para unirte al equipo?

  • Titulación en Comercio Internacional, Administración o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en puestos de administración, gestoría o similares.
  • Nivel avanzado de alemán.
  • Facilidad para aprender el manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Outlook, Webs, APPs propias de la compañía...).
  • Capacidad para trabajar con alto volumen de datos.
