We are looking for an Accounting Trainee for our Accounting department reporting to the Head of Accounting and giving support to the whole Accounting Team.

Our ideal candidate would have accounting knowledge (if possible), good organization skills, quick learner, proactive and with initiative. Enjoy working in an international, challenging and dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities:

Accounting and administrative responsibilities:Reception and posting of cost invoicesInvoicing reclamationIssuing of Income invoicesControl of AccrualsReconciliation of vendor accountsAccounting ReportsIntercompany reinvocingControl of expenses accountsAttending phone calls with providersOthers administrative tasks

Requisitos

Knowledge of accounting (Spanish accounting rules) Administrative knowledge Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) Office tools proficiency (mainly Excel) Strong problem solving and analytical skills Studies in finance/accounting area or similar Experience using NAVISION or other accounting international systems is a plus Determine the work priorities, take decisions and perform actions accordingly
