We are looking for customer service representatives for a Swedish multinational home appliance manufacturer. In this challenging role, you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.
Responsibilities- Agents are responsible for servicing all queries relating to Client associated products and services via telephone, email & chat
- Service bookings
- Other contacts from consumers:
- Product Advice
- How to use our products
- Complaints and refunds
- Registration of the products
- Webshop Support
- Retailers Support

Required skills- Fluent in Norwegian
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to show empathy towards customers
- You have a positive & flexible attitude
- Attendance and punctuality
- Ability and will to absorb knowledge
