Ubicación: Cádiz, Andalucía (España) Alta Dirección | Proyectos Offshore Sector: Energía | Infraestructuras | Offshore Resumen del puesto Compañía internacional líder en proyectos offshore busca incorporar un Director General de Obra para liderar la ejecución de proyectos HVDC offshore de gran escala, asumiendo la responsabilidad total sobre seguridad, planificación, costes, calidad, resultados financieros y cumplimiento contractual. El puesto actúa como máxima autoridad del proyecto en obra, con interlocución directa y permanente con cliente, socios estratégicos, consorcios y alta dirección corporativa. ResponsabilidadesDirección integral de la ejecución de proyectos HVDC offshore desde su fase inicial hasta la finalización y handover. Representación institucional del proyecto frente a cliente, socios, autoridades y terceros. Liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares: ingeniería, construcción, operaciones offshore, HSE, calidad, planificación, contratos y logística. Gestión de interfaces críticas entre ingeniería, procurement, fabricación, instalación offshore y commissioning. Control completo del P& L del proyecto, cash flow, costes, márgenes y reporting ejecutivo. Gestión contractual bajo esquemas EPC / EPCI, incluyendo variaciones, claims, riesgos y negociaciones estratégicas. Supervisión del planning maestro, campañas offshore y ventanas meteorológicas. Garantizar los más altos estándares de HSE, calidad y cumplimiento normativo, promoviendo una cultura de excelencia operacional.Requisitos imprescindibles (H/M/D)Titulación en Ingeniería (Eléctrica, Industrial, Civil, Mecánica o similar). Más de 15 años de experiencia en proyectos EPC/EPCI offshore de gran escala. Experiencia demostrable en proyectos HVDC offshore, cables submarinos de potencia o infraestructuras energéticas offshore equivalentes. Haber ocupado posiciones de Director de Proyecto / Director General de Obra / Project Director en entorno offshore. Experiencia real en gestión de ejecución offshore, campañas marinas y coordinación de múltiples interfaces técnicas. Gestión directa de P& L, control de costes y reporting a nivel corporativo. Inglés fluido y profesional (imprescindible para gestión contractual y comunicación internacional). Alta capacidad de liderazgo, toma de decisiones y gestión de entornos complejos.Se valoraráExperiencia en proyectos internacionales y/o consorcios (Joint Ventures). Sólido conocimiento de contratos FIDIC / EPC lump sum. Disponibilidad para movilidad offshore e internacional. Formación adicional en dirección o gestión de proyectos (MBA, PMP u otros). Experiencia previa en proyectos de transmisión eléctrica offshore o interconexiones internacionales.Qué ofrecemosParticipación en proyectos offshore estratégicos de referencia internacional.
