Compañía internacional líder en proyectos offshore busca incorporar un Site Manager para la ejecución de proyectos HVDC offshore de gran escala. El puesto será responsable de la gestión integral de la obra en sitio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, planificación, costes, calidad y plazos, en coordinación con el Project Director y los equipos corporativos. El Site Manager actúa como máxima autoridad en obra, con interlocución directa y diaria con cliente, supervisores, subcontratistas y equipos offshore, garantizando una ejecución segura y eficiente del proyecto. ResponsabilidadesGestión integral de la ejecución en obra de proyectos HVDC offshore desde la movilización hasta la finalización y handover. Dirección y coordinación de las actividades de construcción onshore y offshore, incluyendo campañas marinas. Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares en sitio: construcción, offshore operations, HSE, calidad, planificación, contratos y logística. Coordinación de interfaces críticas entre ingeniería, procurement, fabricación, instalación offshore y commissioning. Seguimiento y control de costes de obra, productividad, avances y reporting al Project Director. Supervisión del planning de ejecución, campañas offshore y adaptación a ventanas meteorológicas. Gestión operativa de subcontratistas y proveedores en obra. Asegurar el cumplimiento contractual en el ámbito de ejecución, identificando riesgos, desviaciones y oportunidades. Garantizar los más altos estándares de HSE, calidad y cumplimiento normativo, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad y excelencia operacional en obra.Requisitos imprescindibles (H/M/D)Titulación en Ingeniería (Eléctrica, Industrial, Civil, Mecánica o similar). Más de 10–15 años de experiencia en ejecución de proyectos EPC/EPCI offshore. Experiencia demostrable en proyectos HVDC offshore, cables submarinos de potencia o infraestructuras energéticas offshore similares. Haber ocupado posiciones de Site Manager / Construction Manager / Offshore Construction Manager. Experiencia real en ejecución offshore, campañas marinas y coordinación de múltiples interfaces técnicas. Sólida experiencia en gestión de obra, planificación, control de costes y reporting. Inglés fluido y profesional. Alta capacidad de liderazgo en campo, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas en entornos complejos.Se valoraráExperiencia en proyectos internacionales y/o consorcios (Joint Ventures). Conocimiento de contratos EPC / EPCI / FIDIC desde el punto de vista de ejecución. Disponibilidad para movilidad offshore e internacional. Certificaciones o formación en gestión de proyectos (PMP u otros). Experiencia en proyectos de transmisión eléctrica offshore o interconexiones internacionales.Qué ofrecemosParticipación en proyectos offshore estratégicos de referencia internacional.
