Field Sales Representative

Job description
- Offer GHL products and services (credit/debit card/e-wallet, etc.) to merchants (small and medium enterprises).
- Perform fieldwork selling of Point-of-sales (POS) terminals or credit/debit card device to business owners/merchants.
- Meet the monthly sales quota.
- Perform initial fraud orientation to merchants.
- Assist clients in coordinating concerns to GHL Head Office.
- He/she may be the first line of support for technical concerns about POS devices.
- Travel within the territory assignment, and nearby areas to perform fieldwork selling.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- At least 1 Year of sales experience is required for this position, merchant acquiring is an advantage.
- Must be willing to perform fieldwork type of selling.
- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
- Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous clients and customers
- Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands and services
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy client / customers' needs
- Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection
- Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
