DescripciónThe Information Systems and Data Analytics (IS&DA) department is in charge of managing and developing the company's management system. They oversee the boardings (loading the data of the new portfolios in the system), the implementation of improvements and new functionalities and the management of the internal and external reporting system. PerfilThe “PMO &Data Governance” ISDA team, is in charge of planning and coordinating all the department's projects internally and with the rest of the company's businessunits., additionally in charge of defining and doing the follow up of the DataGovernance policies and the Data Quality assurance. PMO & Data Governance Associate Director We are looking for a senior position to join our team and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Project Management Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process. Ultimately, you will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion. ResponsibilitiesProvide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently. Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines. Document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification. Defining the Data Governance policies. In charge of Data Quality assurance from the technical/ISDA perspective. Coordination with the Chief Data Officer, Data Owner/Data Stewards. Requirements and skillsProven Data Governance & data Quality experience Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role Strong leadership skills. Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to details and technicalities Excellent organizational and technical abilities Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer/Data Expert Jira, MS Office, SQL.
