Empresa multinacional líder, especializada en la fabricación de productos tecnológicos y soluciones de ingeniería, con presencia en sectores como aeroespacial, energía, mecanizado, alimentación, automoción, bienes de consumo, recursos naturales, minería, etc., busca incorporar: PLANNING & LOGISTICS MANAGER Serás responsable de liderar y optimizar las áreas de planificación y logística, asegurando un flujo eficiente de la cadena de suministro, alineado con las necesidades del cliente, los recursos disponibles y los objetivos de la compañía. Principales responsabilidadesLiderar los equipos de planificación y logística, impulsando una cultura de mejora continua. Definir y gestionar los planes de producción en función de la demanda del cliente y la capacidad productiva, realizando el seguimiento de avances y coordinando acciones correctoras con Producción. Supervisar las operaciones logísticas, almacén y transporte, optimizando procesos, plazos, costes, seguridad, calidad y criterios medioambientales. Gestionar los niveles de stock, anticipando la compra de materias primas y consumibles para garantizar disponibilidad en tiempo, calidad y cantidad. Mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes, gestionando incidencias y compartiendo información relevante. Elaborar y analizar informes e indicadores (KPIs) del área, proponiendo mejoras en colaboración con otras áreas y participando activamente en el proceso de S& OP. Gestionar el presupuesto del área, así como la relación con proveedores externos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos establecidos.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: Requisitos y experiencia valoradaGrado en Ingeniería Industrial o similar, con formación en Planificación, Logística, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, etc. Experiencia previa desempeñando funciones similares en entornos industriales, con liderazgo de equipos. Conocimientos avanzados de MRP, ERP y herramientas Office. Nivel avanzado de inglés.Se ofreceIncorporación a una empresa multinacional sólida y en crecimiento.
