We are looking for a SENIOR LOGISTICS/OPERATIONS MANAGER willing to participate in the growth of an important e-commerce Logistics Operations Center of a top customers in the south of Madrid. Mission: Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the mission of the position is to manage the logistics center, organizing and supervising the different operational and management areas by leading the teams of this operation.Si le interesa solicitar este empleo, por favor, asegúrese de cumplir los siguientes requisitos que se enumeran a continuación.Responsibilities:Managing the operations team (3 shift of 1K each), creating a people-centred culture.Ensure compliance with service quality and team management coordination.Main point of daily communication with clients to meet their needs and requirements.Development of Managers in charge and ensuring the leadership of all team members.Management of the productive activities of the work centre.Supervision/optimization of logistics processes, including returns and product reconditioning.Maintaining customer relations, satisfying their needs and responding to incidents.Establish a continuous improvement plan and lean culture.Monitoring KPI (safety, quality, productivity, etc). xcskxlj Planning of campaigns and resources based on the client's needs.Requirements:More than 4 years of experience in LOGISTICS positions MANAGING large teams (+200)Essential experience delivering goods to storesUniversity degree (valuable Master in logistics or supply chain management)ENGLISH (B2)SPANISH (C1)Role 100% on-site (M/F)
