This role offers a unique opportunity to lead investor engagement efforts, shape the strategic growth of the firm, and directly influence fundraising initiatives for both UCITS and private equity funds. You will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s investor base and elevating its market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead relationships with institutional and private investors, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic accounts Drive fundraising initiatives for UCITS and private equity funds, overseeing preparation of investor materials, presentations, and due diligence documentation Identify, engage, and cultivate new investor relationships across Spain, the UK, and other strategic markets Collaborate with investment, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment between fund strategy and investor communications Develop and execute market research, competitive benchmarking, and innovative distribution strategies Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to build a high-performing investor relations and business development functionWhat We’re Looking For7–12 years of experience in asset management, private banking, investor relations, or business development, ideally covering UCITS or private funds Proven track record managing senior investor relationships and leading fundraising initiatives Deep understanding of institutional and wealth management distribution channels Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with credibility at the board and executive level Strategic, commercially-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CAIA, MBA) preferredWhy Join?Lead and shape investor engagement at a high-growth, innovative investment platform with an excellent market reputation Direct exposure to senior leadership and a strategic role influencing firm-wide business development initiatives Opportunity to significantly impact fundraising, investor strategy, and the firm’s growth trajectory Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with long-term career progression opportunities Competitive senior-level compensation, including performance-based incentivesLocation & Flexibility: Based inMadrid, with remote work options considered.
