Pluxee helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent thanks to a broad range of solutions across Meal & Food, Wellbeing, Lifestyle, Reward & Recognition, and Public Benefits.🌟 Your Next ChallengeAs a Merchant Sales Agent, you will engage with new and existing restaurants, drive merchant acquisition, and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.🔧 What You’ll Be DoingManage merchant acquisition by prospecting restaurants via calls, online meetings, and networking.Work with an updated database of potential merchants: research records, conduct outreach, follow up, and complete the affiliation process using internal systems.Capture card transactions from both existing and newly affiliated merchants.Deliver an excellent first impression and build a solid pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct high-volume outreach (calls and emails) to connect with key decision-makers.Optimize sales messaging and improve prospecting, qualification, and closing techniques.Respond promptly to inbound requests from potential merchants.Apply commercial guidelines, including commission negotiations.Complete administrative tasks (contracts, documentation, Pluxee systems).Maintain accurate records of all interactions using internal tools.🌟 You're a Match If You Have…EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience2–3 years in sales or a similar client-facing role.LanguagesFluent in Spanish and English.Skills & CompetenciesMerchant & Client Relationship ManagementCRM proficiencyCustomer-centric mindsetData analysisResults orientationTime management & multitaskingProblem-solvingResilience💬 If you don’t meet every single requirement but feel this role aligns with your strengths, we encourage you to apply.
