Desde la división de IT&Cloud estamos buscando un/a ServiceNow Portfolio Manager (SPM) para un cliente final internacional. Serás la persona de referencia en ServiceNow dentro del área de Governance , impulsando la mejora continua, la automatización de procesos y la integración futura con IA. Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación. Coordinarás y darás soporte funcional a las incidencias relacionadas con ServiceNow SPM , en colaboración con los equipos técnicos externos. Participarás en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y en la priorización de iniciativas dentro del porfolio global de proyectos. Colaborarás con equipos globales de negocio y tecnología, gestionando stakeholders, elaborando informes y velando por la calidad y coherencia de la información en la plataforma. Impulsarás la adopción de buenas prácticas, gobernanza y gestión del cambio en torno a ServiceNow SPM, incluyendo gestión de accesos, permisos, integraciones y control de releases. ¿Experiencia de al menos 5 años trabajando con ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) o en roles similares de gestión de porfolio y procesos IT. Conocimiento sólido en gestión de proyectos , tanto en metodologías ágiles (Scrum) como tradicionales (Waterfall) . Experiencia en gestión del cambio, governance y soporte funcional de plataformas ITSM o PPM. Formación universitaria (preferiblemente en Ingeniería o similar). Certificación ServiceNow SPM o Service Project Management (SPM) muy valorable. Inglés fluido (entorno internacional). ¿Proyecto estable y estratégico , con foco en innovación tecnológica y mejora continua. xcskxlj Incorporación en una organización global con alto impacto en la definición de procesos y herramientas corporativas.
